Trainees from Residencia, Agustina Borré, Lucila Benavente and Andrea Brittes shared their experience so far.

Students’ way through the Methods course at the teacher’s training college is one which constitutes a ‘baptism of fire’. In this course, students are both exposed to a plan, practice and production process which allow them to combine theory and prior knowledge while developing their own creativity and identity as teachers. By the time trainees reach the internship, the fire, far from having extinguished, is ready to promote autonomous decision-making in a collaborative environment and sets trainees on a journey of self-discovery, with a view to making the classroom a more enjoyable, creative, meaningful place for both themselves and their students.
